What is BOLD?Well, for a start, BOLD are activities set up by the Penang Educational Consultative Council (PECC). Further information can be found by clicking on the respective links. We organize regular talks, seminars and workshops, so keep a look-out for out activities, which will be posted here on our website. The Socio-economic & Environmental Research Institute (SERI) acts as the secretariat for PECC, and therefore for BOLD.
